About customs process and import tax in your country.

After we ship machine to you, when it enter into your country,
customs office of your country will check it.
It takes 1-4 days for customs clearing process.
And in case of many countries, import tax may be imposed .
In case of USA, items under $2,000 worth pass with simple customs process,usually without tax.
Over $2000 worth items will pass formal customs process.
But In past cases of items over $2000 worth, there was usually no tax at all in most cases,
though its clearing process needs several days.(1-4 days)
At worst case, its tax will not exceed 5% of total amount you have paid.(in case of USA)
In countries other than USA, it may need higher import tax than USA.
You may need to inquire about import tax system to customs office in your country.
Anyway, import tax will be customer's burden, not our burden.
2.
You don't need to go customs office for receiving it in case of DHL delivery.
DHL will serve as your agent for customs clearing process. Just wait at home for its delivery.
But in case of EMS delivery, it may need to go to customs office to receive machines.
